Maintaining optimal health is not as elusive as some would believe.  It can be achieved with the understanding that “food is the main sustenance of life and without it sickness can never be definitively corrected or cured.”  Over the years the medicinal value of food (which is life, energy and intelligence) water and oxygen has been de-emphasized as medicinally prescribed drugs have been given priority at times to our detriment.  I strongly believe a respected doctor should never prescribe medication before teaching his/her patient the importance of food.

A naturopath for more than thirty years, God has blessed me with the capacity to help mankind through the MACROBIOTIC WAY: that is using specific foods, herbs, vitamins, rest and exercise to reverse and eradicate various diseases and disorders.  Individuals who were suffering with OBESITY, CANCER, DIABETES, HYPERTENSON, LEUKEMIA, PSYCHOSIS, LIVER CIRRHOSIS the HTLV-1 Virus and the many other diseases were rid of these conditions after following a prescribed diet.  My continued success resides in the fact that sickness of organs and glands can only occur when the body is out of balance, the cells are anemic, deprived of sleep and lacking in exercise.  These conditions provide the perfect environment for microbial organisms to attack our cells.  Fundamentally, one organ in the body does not fail to the exclusion of the others.  As a result it is important to see the body as a whole and not a part.  Any other approach is myopic and will only produce temporary results.  In essence the blood that flows through the ailing organ isn’t it the same that feeds the entire organism?  For example if the adrenal gland is ailing, the digestive and neurological systems must be addressed, otherwise the solution is only symptomatic.

Some may argue that my method appears too simple to be effective, yet it is an understanding of this simplicity (yin and yang) that one will receive the secret to obtaining optimal health.
